What you'll do

• Plan, provide, supervise, and document nursing care
• collaborate with nurses, physicians, OB technicians, and other team members
• assess and report changes in patient condition
• document care in the electronic health record
• support newborn care, including special care nursery patients and high-risk deliveries
• stabilize infants and prepare for transport when needed
• provide lactation support and infant-care education
• assist with circumcision procedures and pediatric or neonatal stabilization in the emergency department.
