Heavy Equipment Rigger Operator

The Heavy Equipment Rigger Operator works onsite in Fallon, NV. Compensation is $40–$41.80 per hour. Chugach Government Solutions supports federal missions, including facility maintenance and construction services. The operator transfers equipment and materials to job sites and operates heavy equipment for excavation and material movement. What you'll do

• Transfer company equipment to job sites on and off base
• operate graders, rollers, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, and cranes
• read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans as applicable
• perform rigging in accordance with Navy Crane Center and OSHA regulations
• conduct pre-operational checks and report discrepancies
• perform minor repairs and lubrication when needed
• assist with cleaning fleet vehicles and equipment and with dumpster relocation and maintenance.

Why this role

Requires an unrestricted Class A Commercial Driver’s License with two years of documented experience, two years of heavy equipment operator experience, and an OSHA 10 card or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
