What you'll do

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets
• prepare special diet foods as needed
• deliver food carts and requested items
• operate and monitor dishwashers and record wash/rinse temperatures
• wash dishes and utensils
• clean floors, refrigerators, and storage areas
• unpack, date, and rotate supplies
• assist with salads, desserts, and nourishments
• follow infection prevention practices.
