What you'll do

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
• train, hire, evaluate, and lead service associates
• monitor maintenance reporting and KPIs
• analyze reports and identify improvement opportunities
• coordinate vendor networks and compliance
• distribute work assignments
• review budgets and variances
• balance cost savings with resident experience and asset preservation
• collaborate with property management and leasing teams.
