What you'll do

• Oversee outpatient center operations and workflows
• direct clinical and non-clinical staff
• collaborate with the Medical Director and providers
• manage financial performance, budgets, labor, and supply expenses
• develop and execute marketing and referral initiatives
• manage performance improvement and patient safety
• monitor patient and physician satisfaction
• maintain relationships with center stakeholders and AVA leadership.
