What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• support outings, appointments, transportation, and transfers using assistive devices
• prepare meals aligned with dietary needs and care plans
• perform light cleaning
• implement care plans that may include medication reminders, dementia or Alzheimer’s care, memory care, or autism support
• engage clients in activities
• observe clients and assist with vital signs and safe transfers.
