What you'll do

• Under BCBA supervision, conduct behavioral and functional assessments
• develop individualized goals and behavior support plans
• implement data systems to monitor progress
• train and supervise behavior technicians
• provide caregiver and teacher training and consultation
• maintain program oversight and a billable caseload
• complete documentation and written reports
• and respond to service referrals. Additional duties may include functional analyses and intervention strategies for challenging behaviors.
