Payroll and Compliance Administrator

It also assists with weekly payroll processing, employee inquiries, reporting, and audit support to help maintain accurate payroll and compliance documentation.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and submit weekly certified payroll reports
• maintain records and supporting documentation
• monitor wage determinations and labor classifications
• process union fringe contributions and maintain wage and fringe tables in ADP Workforce Now
• assist with weekly payroll processing and backup coverage
• review timesheets and labor allocations
• resolve discrepancies
• prepare reports and support audits.
