Workers’ Compensation Case Manager

The Workers’ Compensation Case Manager role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour. The role manages workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution, maintaining organized records and communication with clients and case stakeholders. Tracking deadlines and documentation helps attorneys move cases forward and provide consistent client support.

What you'll do

• Manage workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision
• communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
• track deadlines, appointments, and case progress
• request, review, and organize medical records
• maintain case notes and file records
• assist with case strategy preparation and administrative support
• manage client files using Merus Case.
