Program Manager

The Program Manager works onsite in East Bridgewater, MA, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Salary is $58,700 per year. The role leads a BAMSI residential program serving adults with disabilities and/or brain injuries. The manager oversees person-centered supports, program operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance to promote residents’ safety, independence, and community inclusion.

What you'll do

• Ensure quality and safety of residential supports
• help individuals pursue goals in their Individual Support Plans
• promote independence and community engagement
• oversee Positive Behavior Supports and Medication Administration Program requirements
• coordinate activities and staffing
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• monitor facilities, vehicles, funds, documentation, incident reporting, safety, and regulatory compliance
• participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and provide emergency coverage when needed.
