Experienced Caregiver

Job overview

The Experienced Caregiver role provides onsite in-home support in Tempe, AZ, and may occasionally serve clients in assisted living or residential care settings. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Stand Out Home Care’s caregivers help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The caregiver assists with daily living and household needs, offers companionship, and follows individualized care plans. Observing and reporting changes and coordinating with families and care providers supports safe, consistent client care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• transport clients to appointments and community outings
• provide medication reminders
• follow care plans
• document and report changes in client condition
• collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and agency staff.
