What you'll do

  • Welcome patients and provide customer service
  • check in and check out patients and manage cancellations and rescheduling
  • verify demographics and insurance and enter information into the electronic medical record
  • schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
  • explain coverage and fees
  • maintain provider schedules
  • answer and direct calls
  • collect and reconcile payments
  • maintain patient records and scan documents
  • support patient portal enrollment
  • handle concerns and escalate issues
  • follow confidentiality requirements.
