What you'll do

• Facilitate a safe work culture.
• Ensure crew members adhere to the standards for safe working conditions.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Assign individual and crew tasks.
• Coordinate on-the-job training for apprentices.
• Set and maintain work standards.
• Understand project plans and schedules.
• Ensure the crew's daily and weekly activities meet production goals.
• Identify and/or verify that all tools and materials required by the crew are available and complete.
