What you'll do

• Perform assigned dietary work routines
• assist the cook with meal preparation and service
• meet scheduled meal and snack times
• arrange tray cards, load food carts, set up the dining room, and serve residents
• wash and store dishes
• clean work areas
• assist with receiving and storing food supplies
• report supply, equipment, and safety concerns
• follow infection control and HIPAA requirements.
