What you'll do

• Design and implement recreation activities for all age groups
• assess participation and program effectiveness
• oversee daily amenity operations and special events
• manage recreation inventory and coordinate purchases
• recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• lead cultural and outdoor activities
• supervise pool attendants and maintain safe, orderly pool areas
• coordinate contractors, court reservations, and farm requests
• support budgets and property goals.
