Enrobing Operator – Second Shift

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down enrobing equipment
• take ownership of assigned production runs and goals
• monitor product flow, coating coverage, appearance, weight, and consistency
• adjust approved machine settings
• identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting
• report malfunctions and work with Maintenance
• communicate quality concerns and place product on hold when required
• verify ingredients, packaging, labels, and specifications
• complete production and quality documentation
• assist with changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation
• follow allergen-control, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, machine guarding, Lockout/Tagout, and PPE requirements.
