Work Management Solution Designer

Job overview

The Work Management Solution Designer role is remote. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. The role supports Adobe’s enterprise work management ecosystem, designing solutions intended to improve user experience, efficiency, governance, and business outcomes. The designer translates business challenges and stakeholder requirements into scalable, governed workflow solutions, supporting discovery through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role also provides Tier 2 Workfront support and helps users and platform teams address complex configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges and desired outcomes
• document requirements and translate needs into process flows and user stories
• facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and decisions
• design scalable work management solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• support implementation planning, backlog prioritization, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-launch improvement
• develop user enablement materials
• provide Tier 2 Workfront support and coordinate escalations
• monitor platform releases and assess capabilities, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled features
• support governance and project and data cleanup initiatives.
