Outreach Specialist – Healthcare Sales

The Outreach Specialist – Healthcare Sales role is based in Modesto, CA. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities where seniors live
• meet monthly enrollment metric goals
• identify collaboration opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads
• build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches
• develop monthly marketing plans with the MOE Director
• educate referral sources about the company’s services.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration is preferred. The posting requires DHCS training and an exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire, plus at least two years in sales and marketing, including one year in healthcare or senior care.
