Director of Business Development — CSD Access

Job overview

The Director of Business Development role is fully remote, with the listing based in Austin, TX, and may require travel up to 15%. Compensation is $88,000–$100,000 per year. CSD Access provides direct video calling, interpreting, and captioning services to advance equitable communication access for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing communities. The director leads business development strategy and execution across CSD Access service lines, overseeing prospecting through contract close, revenue and pipeline goals, partnerships, and the business development team. The role also supports client retention, market positioning, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Execute business development strategy across service lines
• manage revenue targets, pipeline goals, and market expansion
• lead the sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
• develop client and partner relationships
• oversee and coach the Business Development team
• maintain pipeline and revenue reporting and CRM use
• collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal and Compliance.
