Agile Program Manager, Federal Reserve Transformation

What you'll do

• Maintain stakeholder transparency through status reporting, communication, and data-driven progress insights
• establish team maturity assessments and metrics
• oversee Agile Coach and Scrum Master performance and resolve conflicts
• maintain consistent use of the Agile playbook
• align team outputs with business outcomes
• build governance, documentation, risk, and resource management processes
• assess program effectiveness, pilot practices, and recommend adaptations.
