What you'll do

• Lead electrical engineering across projects
• oversee architecture, design, analysis, and verification of electronic hardware
• ensure requirements, design analysis, reviews, and documentation
• review technical artifacts
• support hardware root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• manage and develop engineers
• plan and allocate resources
• monitor project risks and progress
• improve engineering processes
• coordinate with other engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• contribute to proposals and customer technical engagements.
