What you'll do

• Post client payments in AMS360 and carrier systems
• communicate with clients by phone, email, in person, or virtually
• direct clients to service centers when appropriate
• log client and carrier communications and set follow-up reminders
• submit client change requests to carriers and confirm in writing
• report new claims according to procedures on the day of notification
• review and address outstanding suspense items
• process endorsements
• respond to underwriter correspondence
• complete weekly client stewardships
• report significant account activity
• greet agency visitors
• assist with department projects and business transfers
• cross-sell additional coverage or set appointments for account executives.
