Connected Services Trainer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Coach dealership personnel on connected services and dealership processes
• train staff on the Dealer Rewards Portal, one-time purchases, and free-trial activation
• host monthly performance reviews
• visit dealerships in person and virtually
• monitor performance and develop improvement strategies
• track KPIs for trial activations, purchases, and subscriptions
• report progress to the program team
• collaborate with client field representatives
• gather feedback and improve coaching materials and processes.
