The Overnight Support Staff position is onsite in Albany, NY, working an awake overnight shift from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.; compensation is up to $18.026 per hour before shift differential. Hope House provides substance abuse treatment and works to save lives, recover hope, and restore families.

What you'll do

• Help ensure clients follow program rules, maintain logs and communicate pertinent information, answer telephones, conduct scheduled room and facility checks, and scan and file charts.
• Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate staff-client boundaries.
