The Vice President, Healthcare Services role is hybrid, requiring in-person work in and around Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000 annually. Alzheimer’s Los Angeles provides education, support, and care management to families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias across Los Angeles County. The vice president leads the organization’s case management portfolio, including its Enhanced Care Management program, and grows contracted relationships with health plans and healthcare partners. The role builds the staffing, workflows, training, and performance systems needed to scale services while supporting quality, compliance, and sustainable program revenue.

What you'll do

• Lead case management services and healthcare services training
• identify, pursue, and negotiate payer and provider contracts
• maintain senior-level partner relationships
• work with Finance on budgets, rates, and financial models
• oversee regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements
• monitor performance metrics
• build infrastructure to scale services
• coordinate across philanthropy and program teams
• represent the organization in healthcare forums
• oversee professional training
• serve as Chief Privacy Officer for HIPAA compliance.
