What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting for SG&A expenses
• develop financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
• support month-end close and variance analysis
• prepare financial reporting packages
• monitor KPIs and recommend performance improvements
• coordinate deliverables with the India-based Finance team
• advise senior leaders
• lead ad hoc analysis and process improvement initiatives.
