What you'll do

• Help hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses

• conduct patient rounds and address complaints
• train and educate staff
• assist in organizing and directing nursing service operations in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment and at least two years of recent supervisory experience in a nursing care facility. Infection Preventionist certification is preferred.
