What you'll do

• Manage capital project lifecycles from concept and design through construction and commissioning
• develop scopes, objectives, and feasibility studies
• prepare and monitor budgets
• coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and consultants
• negotiate and manage contracts
• secure permits and approvals
• track schedule, cost, scope, health, and safety
• identify and mitigate risks
• maintain project records and compliance documentation
• travel as required, with 50% travel stated.
