What you'll do

• Develop and execute domestic and international transportation strategy
• manage freight budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and cost-reduction initiatives
• optimize parcel, truckload, less-than-truckload, air, and ocean transportation
• lead carrier sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, service-level agreements, and reviews
• manage international transportation and trade requirements
• oversee 3PL transportation performance
• plan for peak capacity
• monitor transportation costs and service metrics
• ensure compliance and lead continuous improvement.
