What you'll do

• Perform facility upkeep, renovations, and construction-related maintenance
• work with wood, metal, and synthetic materials to construct, repair, modify, rebuild, or install building systems and components
• complete minor plumbing repairs
• and work from work orders, instructions, specifications, diagrams, sketches, or plans. At the advanced level, serve as crew leader and oversee lower-level technicians, and assume management duties when the Plant Services Manager or Director is absent.
