What you'll do

• Assist with personnel and resource coordination, project preparation and execution, initial contracts and project information
• receive, forward, and track submittals
• prepare, review, track, and distribute RFIs
• assist with cost control
• track and inspect material deliveries
• troubleshoot project concerns and communicate with customers
• coordinate preconstruction meetings
• analyze potential budget or schedule changes
• perform project takeoffs.
