What you'll do

• Support and engage continuing online students
• assist with readiness steps and Canvas navigation
• coordinate with Financial Aid and Academic departments to ensure requirements are met
• identify and report students at risk of withdrawal or academic issues
• conduct daily outreach to absent students by calls, texts, and emails
• support student activities and engagement events
• oversee Student Mentors and Student Ambassadors.
