Caregiver — In-Home Personal Care

The Caregiver role is onsite in Black River Falls, WI, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. Live Well Home Care provides services to people in their homes and communities who need assistance with daily living. The caregiver follows each client’s written care plan to support personal care, safety, household routines, companionship, and respite needs. The role also helps clients with meals, errands, appointments, and communication while reporting unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• supervise the home environment for client safety
• assist with meal planning, preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship and respite care according to care plans
• assist with shopping and errands as specified
• escort clients to medical facilities and outings
• monitor supplies
• follow written care plans
• report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
