Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is based in or near Aurora, CO, and requires nationwide travel to commercial project sites. Salary is $130,000–$180,000 per year. The role manages commercial mechanical projects for a mechanical subcontractor. The project manager oversees project financials, procurement, schedules, documentation, coordination, safety, and quality. The role contributes to successful delivery of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet-metal projects by coordinating with contractors, owners, engineers, vendors, and field leadership.

What you'll do

• Travel nationwide to manage commercial mechanical projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• lead buyout, procurement, and local subcontractor/vendor setup
• manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field leadership
• oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• enforce safety and quality standards.
