What you'll do

• Provide construction administration and oversight for EHRM projects at an active medical facility
• assist with project management, engineering, planning, scheduling, constructability reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality and cost control
• conduct site inspections and prepare daily logs documenting progress, quality issues, and compliance
• assist with submittal reviews, RFIs, progress meetings, contractor pay application reviews, and issue resolution
• assess documentation needs based on engineering risks that could affect patient care or facility operations
• monitor construction activities for quality assurance and identify deficiencies against construction documents.
