The role supports Auburn Homes and Services of Waconia, an Illuminus community providing senior living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. Under a Registered Nurse’s direction and supervision, the assistant prepares, administers, and records medications. The role also monitors relevant resident measures, communicates changes in condition, and supports safe, policy-compliant care.

What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and record medications as prescribed and according to policy
• perform related blood pressure and pulse checks as needed
• promptly communicate resident condition changes to the nurse
• complete required annual education
• attend training, staff meetings, and in-services
• perform other assigned duties.

Why this role
