What you'll do

• Develop global sourcing and procurement strategy

• set cost-reduction initiatives and manage procurement budgets with Finance
• collaborate with product, operations, logistics, quality, and legal teams
• ensure trade and ethical-sourcing compliance
• lead and develop purchasing and sourcing staff
• manage procurement metrics, ERP data, and reporting.
