Medication Aide

The Medication Aide role is onsite in Appleton, Wisconsin. Compensation is $18.97–$22.02 per hour. What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegated by nursing staff
• document medication support accurately and promptly
• observe and report side effects, reactions, or changes in condition
• perform narcotic counts and medication-cart audits
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, hydration, and resident engagement
• answer call lights
• follow service plans
• report incidents and safety concerns
• maintain a clean work environment
• and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned.
