What you'll do

• Serve meals at designated times
• set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas
• check diet trays before distribution
• prepare and deliver snacks
• deliver food carts and trays
• execute diet spreadsheets
• clean work surfaces and refrigeration equipment
• wash utensils
• work with the facility dietitian or Dietary Supervisor and implement recommended changes
• follow dietary procedures
• prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations
• help ensure food and supplies are available
• assist with inventory and storage.
