What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction and corporate documents
• manage transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence, negotiations, and timelines
• conduct legal research
• collaborate across practice areas
• participate in client meetings and negotiations
• maintain client relationships
• mentor junior attorneys.
