Real Estate Coordinator — Right of Way

What you'll do

• Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret land and right-of-way agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses
• complete rights and restriction reviews and permitting as needed
• research property documents
• transfer right-of-way document data into the stakeholder management database
• quality-check database entries
• compile technical data for project teams
• support project managers, engineers, consultants, GIS specialists, vegetation management, and right-of-way teams
• attend public open houses as requested
• manage multiple projects.
