Electrical Engineer III

Job overview

The Electrical Engineer III role is onsite in Tempe, AZ. Compensation is $117,000–$145,000 per year. The engineer will support Meade’s design work for data centers, industrial buildings, offices, and other construction projects. The role designs electrical systems and performs calculations, coordinating with clients, vendors, external disciplines, and engineers of record. It contributes to accurate, timely, and on-budget project delivery through design documentation, equipment selection, reviews, site observations, inspections, and commissioning participation.

What you'll do

• Design electrical systems and perform design calculations
• work alongside engineers of record reviewing, signing, and sealing projects
• review submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• prepare record drawings
• participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning
• write and edit equipment specifications and select electrical equipment, systems, and devices
• help complete projects accurately, on deadline, and on budget.
