The Senior Program Coordinator — Spotlight role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, combining remote work with designated onsite team days and in-person attendance for live events. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour. The Music Center’s Spotlight program provides free performing arts scholarships and artistic development for Southern California high school students. The coordinator supports year-round program delivery, including auditions, classes, outreach, events, and the Grand Finale. The role organizes communications, schedules, records, logistics, and reporting so students, families, educators, artists, and partners can participate in a well-coordinated program.

What you'll do

  • Support planning and implementation of Spotlight programming, auditions, classes, outreach, events, alumni engagement, and the Grand Finale
  • respond to inquiries and support student communications
  • coordinate logistics with internal departments and external partners
  • maintain timelines, records, calendars, databases, and program materials
  • assist with invoices and administrative processes
  • support data collection, reporting, and grant documentation
  • attend program activities as required.
