This role supports a growing practice within an AmLaw firm, providing comprehensive regulatory and legal guidance to clients in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The role exists to provide strategic legal counsel and regulatory support to healthcare providers, suppliers, and pharmaceutical companies. The advisor will manage complex regulatory compliance matters, draft legal documentation, and monitor legislative developments to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive in their respective markets.

What you'll do

• Advise suppliers, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulatory compliance matters.
• Counsel health systems and healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse laws, and healthcare regulatory compliance programs.
• Provide strategic guidance to emerging life sciences companies on product development strategies, clinical trial design, and regulatory approval timelines.
• Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and regulatory correspondence addressing complex regulatory issues.
• Monitor and analyze healthcare legislation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends affecting life sciences and healthcare clients.
