Family Advocate and Facilitator

What you'll do

• Provide peer support and system navigation
• assist families with basic needs and community resources
• facilitate ARCH, ARCH Truancy, and ARCH Youth in Community multiagency staffings
• schedule and confirm staffings and prepare reports
• attend court and other meetings with families as needed
• conduct home and community visits as necessary
• assist with appointments
• encourage family participation in treatment plans
• monitor youth and family progress
• maintain client records in the database
• report suspected abuse and neglect as a mandated reporter
• provide case coordination.
