What you'll do

• Prepare and decorate cakes using icing, gel, airbrush, decorating kits, edible images, lettering, and designs
• operate and maintain cake and soft-serve equipment safely
• maintain decorated cake inventory and display
• take and fill customer orders
• conduct sampling and sell products
• clean and sanitize the work area and equipment
• follow food-handling procedures and customer-service standards.
