Customer Service and Sales Development Representative

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and web form submissions
• collect customer information and job details
• schedule service appointments in ServiceTitan
• provide real-time support to dispatchers and technicians as needed
• make outbound calls about missed calls and online leads
• work to convert leads into booked services
• take on additional responsibilities as needed.
