What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned client portfolio
• maintain regular contact with security teams and clients
• resolve operational and staffing issues with regional coordination
• manage schedules, payroll input, recruiting requisitions, applicant evaluation, interviews, and hiring
• visit posts to monitor performance, inspect standards, and adjust staffing
• conduct on-the-job training
• respond to call-offs by arranging coverage or standing post until replacements arrive
• report personnel issues and support investigations as directed
• ensure staffing, training, licensing, uniforms, and post requirements meet standards
• attend management meetings and recommend operational improvements.
