What you'll do

• Operate commercial embroidery machines
• hoop garments
• set up jobs and load designs
• change thread and adjust machine setups
• monitor stitch quality and inspect finished garments
• troubleshoot production issues
• keep production organized and on schedule
• maintain a clean, safe department
• assist in developing best practices as the department grows.
