What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from complaint filing through trial
• draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents
• appear in court
• conduct and defend depositions
• negotiate with opposing counsel
• participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement proceedings
• coordinate with support staff on files, deadlines, and trial preparation
• provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients.
